Interesting Fact: Mayor Cohorts has been mayor of The Outside for two years, achieving his childhood dream of leading the city of The Outside. The Outside is the city where Mayor Cohorts grew up.

The Story
Believing that the citizen's of The Outside had too many liberties, Mayor Cohorts sought to bring order to chaos when he began his term as mayor by creating strict laws, tightening up the security, closing off the tunnels, and monitoring the citizens' lives all under the guise of The Outside Incorporated and to warn the citizens that Mayor Cohorts is "Always Watching" since the mayor intends to bring up his son in a peaceful and orderly city. However, the order of The Outside becomes interrupted when Mayor Cohorts discovers that Blake and Stephanie Firebolt explores the city by following the lifestyle that he attempted to prevent, getting him to perceive that the couple is in cahoots with the spies known as Cool-Hero and Commander Firebolt and stop their troublesome ways to bring The Outside back to the order he established two years ago.
