Home: The Outside
Interesting Fact: The Jenkins met when they were training to become police officers at The Outside's Police Academy. After meeting, the Jenkins formed a friendship that developed into marriage. Together, they lead The Police Force, founded under The Outside Incorporated.

Although the Jenkins' true identities are unknown, their friendship with Mayor Cohorts promoted them to the executive leadership position within the Police Force. To represent uniform and ideal lives, the citizens of The Outside are to conduct themselves so that order is maintained within the city, as Mayor Cohorts hoped to achieve.
However, that order gets interrupted when Blake and Stephanie enter town. Making it up to The Jenkins with the help of Flame-Trooper to keep the mayor's directive and prevent further chaos from invading The Outside.
