Hip and friendly Scarlett Starr is excited for Carpenters City's annual Invention Convention since she gets to join her friends, Katie Johnson and Sarah Wilson, in operating Teddy Creame's Ice Cream booth for the event. Scarlett hopes that the opportunity to manage a booth at the convention will allow her to envision how her dream hairstyling shop can contribute to serving Carpenters City.

Yet, Katie Johnson's worries about the success of the booth get Scarlett Starr to wonder whether it will be worth hosting a booth at The Invention Convention and future events, even though the three work as a team to operate it.
